2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized items.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the packaging and damaged items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have entered the processing stage.
